- Wash with care: Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C (cold wash). Please avoid harsh detergents or bleach.
- Turn inside out: Washing inside out protects the fabric and colours.
- Avoid tumble drying: Air drying is best to maintain the shape and elasticity of the fabric.
- Low-heat ironing: If needed, iron on a low heat setting with item inside out. Avoid direct heat on logos.
Accessories (Socks, Caps, and Beanies):
- Socks: Wash at 30°C with similar colours. Avoid fabric softener to preserve stretch.
- Caps and Beanies: Hand wash with mild detergent, reshape and air dry to retain shape.
Additional Tips:
- Wash similar colours together to prevent colour transfer.
- Avoid overloading the washing machine for a thorough clean.
- Store your HUG items folded neatly or hung to prevent creases or stretching.

To make a return please email us at hugleggings@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Returns must reach us no later than 7 days from when order is received. If 7 days have passed since you received your order unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you believe to have received a faulty item, we must be notified within the 7 days to receive a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.
Should there be any sign of wear a refund will not be made.
